As Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy brings his garage-tech enthusiasm and Worcester Polytechnic Institute degree to set and communicate the strategic direction of the company, hire and retain the best talent and make sure there is money in the bank.

In over 10 years at Dyn, Jeremy has done it all from shipping to customer service to talking tech with some of the biggest brands on the Internet. Under his leadership, Dyn has become the fastest-growing DNS provider in the world, helping nurture a free open-source project into a vibrant technology company that currently boasts more than four million customers and growing.

Jeremy lives in Manchester, NH, with wife Liz, son, Matthew and daughter, Catherine.

Tom Daly – Chief Technical Officer

Tom Daly - Dyn Tom is the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for setting the technical vision and architecture of the company’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings, including Managed DNS and Email Delivery platforms. With over 10 years experience in designing and deploying Dyn’s global anycast network, Tom is well-versed with the internals of how the Internet works at scale, and is an expert in global Internet architecture, the Domain Name System (DNS), email, and network security.

Tom also oversees Dyn’s research and development department: Dyn Labs. Labs is Dyn’s technology playground, designed to investigate potential technology offerings for clients and Internet users worldwide. The group focuses on technical development as a resource to Dyn’s engineering teams while keeping an ongoing pulse on Internet policy and protocol development.

Tom lives in Nashua, NH, with wife Erin and daughter, Grace.

Cory von Wallenstein – Chief Product Officer

As the Chief Product Officer, Cory leads product strategy, innovation and development across all Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings for DNS, Email and Labs.

Surrounded by a team of passionate and talented engineering, marketing, business development, and product experts, he is not only committed to growing the market for IaaS solutions as a whole, but to maximizing the role Dyn plays in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Dyn, Cory served as co-founder and President for Servprise International, Inc., leading the development efforts for innovative remote and automated failure recovery tools for large-scale computing environments.

Cory lives in Manchester, NH, with wife Jessica and daughter, Victoria.

Gray Chynoweth – Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Gray is responsible for the operation of the company’s finance, human resources, policy and legal functions and plays an integral part in the company’s corporate development efforts. He joined Dyn in 2007 to help further Dyn’s position in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Dyn, Gray practiced law as a Corporate Attorney at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green. He has a JD from Duke University School of Law, an MA in Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in political science from the University of California – Berkeley, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Gray lives in Manchester, NH, with wife Tara and son, Graham.

Kyle York – Chief Revenue Officer

Kyle serves as the Chief Revenue Officer, leading the overall sales, business development, customer service and marketing efforts for the company. He is responsible for the corporate strategy and positioning behind Dyn’s rapid and aggressive expansion into the enterprise marketplace and eCommerce revenue growth. Anyone client facing or anything revenue impacting falls under Kyle’s purview.

Kyle is also a co-founder of 1band 1brand, is a Board Member for growth engine company Incutio and mobile business intelligence company Trendslide, is Board Chair/President of abi Innovation Hub and is a board advisor for web performance monitoring company Catchpoint. He spent nearly seven years in various sales and marketing positions for NH-based SaaS provider WhippleHill.

Kyle holds a BS in Marketing from Bentley University and lives in Bedford, NH, with wife, Katie.

Dave Lemaire – VP, Technology

After nearly a decade at Eastern Mountain Sports, Dave came to Dyn as the Director of Email and was responsible for stability, scalability, growth and development of the email delivery platform. Promoted to VP of Technology, he oversees product line technology and supporting infrastructure for both DNS and Email Delivery.

After 13 years in manufacturing, he started as a system admin at a small dot.com on the wrong side of the bubble. The self-taught programmer later moved to a local ISP as a web app developer and eventually found himself in a system admin position at Eastern Mountain Sports. Dave grew and expanded skills, responsibilities and titles, ultimately ending up as their IT Director.

Dave has an Associates Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and lives in Antrim, New Hampshire, with his wife and enjoys spending time with his two stepchildren and granddaughter.

Matt Toy – VP, Client Services

After nearly a year as Director of Marketing, Matt was promoted to VP of Client Services, leading the effort in client happiness, retention and growth.

Prior to joining Dyn in 2011, Matt spent seven years at Bedford, NH, based Whipplehill Communications, reaching the position of Director of Client Services. Before entering the technology industry, Matt worked in financial services for such companies as Hutchens Investment Management, Mascoma Savings Bank and Fidelity Investments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from New England College in Henniker, NH.

Within the community, Matt is involved with both the Amherst Patriots and the Town of Amherst, New Hampshire, Recreation department.  He is also on the Board of Advisors of Manchester, NH’s abi Innovation Hub.

He and wife Tilea live in Amherst, NH, with their two children, Oliver and Lilly.

Joe Raczka – VP, Finance

As VP of Finance, Joe is responsible for planning, analysis and reporting to help the company’s overall strategic direction, as well as playing a part in corporate development.

Prior to joining Dyn in August 2011 as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Joe spent five years in financial services before moving to the technology industry. Joe worked in NYC for four of those five years in various roles at Bloomberg, Pali Capital and Fidelity Investments.

Joe sits on the Board of Directors for the Manchester Boys and Girls Club, the finance committee for both NH Catholic Charities and Bishop Guertin High School and alpine ski racing coach at Windham High School. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Providence College in Rhode Island.

Joe and wife Christy live in Bedford, NH.

Josh Delisle – VP, Worldwide Sales

Delisle is responsible for worldwide growth and expansion in Dyn’s three sales offices in Manchester, NH, San Francisco, CA and London, England. A veteran of sales for over a decade, Delisle joined the company as a Business Development Manager in October 2009 before promotions to Director Of Sales and later Senior Director of Worldwide Sales.

Prior to joining Dyn in October 2009, Delisle spent more than four years each at G4 Communications and Cognos (an IBM company) in various high-visibility sales roles. Delisle graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.

Delisle is a board member for the Manchester Young Professionals Network (MYPN). He lives in Auburn, NH, with wife Jennifer and son, Jackson.
